Shri Shaktiputra ji Maharaj was born in agricultural Brahmin family on December 9, 1960 in Bhadrawas village of Fatehpur district in Uttar Pradesh.He was called by Ramvaran Shukla in his early life. He was drawn to spirituality since his childhood. His father name was Rambali Shukla, mother Ramkali Devi and he was the youngest of all his five brothers and two sisters.
Later he married Sushri Manorama Tripathi in 1984 and opened a business which he closed in 1987 eventually.
Paramhans Yogiraj Shri Shaktiputra Ji Maharaj is founder of 'Panchjyoti Shaktitirth Siddhashram', 'Bhagwati Manav Kalyan Sangthan' and 'Bharteeya Shakti Chetana Party' also he is known for 'A Truth and omnipotent Rishi', 'Yug Chetana Purush', 'Yog-Dhyan-Sadhana', 'Kundalini jagran', and 'Avatari Purush'.

Bhagwati Manav Kalyan Sangthan is Non-Governmental spritual Organization (NGO) formed in 2001 to eliminate the present state of Kaliyuga and bring new foundation of Satyuga.
Param Pujya Sadguru Dev Paramahansa Yogiraj Shri Shaktiputra Maharaj formed the Bhagwati Human Welfare Organization commonly known as Bhagwati Manav Kalyan Sangthan to wipe off the horrors of kaliyuga. This Organization in also running in Kathmandu, Nepal on the blessing and direction of Param Pujya Sadguru Dev Paramahansa Yogiraj Shri Shaktiputra Maharaj, and as a part of this community we are ready for any moment to help human change their bad behiviour and remove violence, evil, untouchability and caste system completely out of society.
